This project demonstrates my ability to design an effective training scenario based on a simulated conversation. The user must decide the best way to give constructive feedback to a direct report, and the choices they make affect the outcome of the scenario.

This project guides the user through a simulated emergency situation where they must both make decisions on what to do and also manage the emotional state of other people involved. They are given step-by-step feedback and are able to see the end result of their choices.
